Take I-83 (Jones Falls Expressway) South into Baltimore City. When the Expressway ends and becomes a city street, turn right onto Lombard Street. Proceed on Lombard Street for several blocks across town (heading west) until you reach Eutaw Street (Eutaw Street is four traffic lights past Charles Street). Turn right onto Eutaw Street. Travel a couple of blocks and make a right onto Baltimore Street. The garage entrance to Centerpoint is on the left in the middle of the block. To reach the leasing office, continue down Baltimore Street, make a left on Howard Street, and the leasing office entrance is located in the middle of the block at 8 N. Howard Street.
From Washington, DC and Points South (Including BWI Airport)
Take I-95 North to Baltimore. Take Route 395 (Downtown Baltimore), exit 53 and stay in your left hand lane. I-395 will turn into Howard Street, continue on Howard Street to your 4th light, which is Lombard. On Lombard Street, turn left. Proceed one block and turn right on Eutaw Street. Proceed to 2nd light on Eutaw Street and turn right onto Baltimore Street. Immediately after turning right on Baltimore, Centerpoint Garage will be on your left handside. Please park there and we will be happy to validate your parking for the tour of your new home! Take I-95 South through the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Take Route 395 (Downtown Baltimore) and exit onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., staying in the right lane. At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Baltimore Street. Proceed for three traffic lights. Once you pass Eutaw Street, the garage entrance to Centerpoint is on the left in the middle of the block. To reach the leasing office, continue down Baltimore Street, make a left on Howard Street, and the leasing office entrance is located in the middle of the block at 8 N. Howard Street.
From Frederick/Ellicott City and Points West
Take I-70 or Route 40 to the Baltimore Beltway (I-695). Follow I-695 toward Glen Burnie. Take I-95 South through the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
