    You can rent your office in 1 month minimum periods up to 12 months. Please contact us if you are interested in renting, we would love to accommodate you as best we can.

  4. How many people can be in the conference room?
    The conference room seats 6 individuals.

  5. Is there a minimum or maximum on the conference room hours?
    The minimum reservation is for 1 hour with a maximum of 2 days.

  6. If Iā€™m a resident of Avalon Monrovia, how do I access the conference room?
    Upon booking, you will be given an individualized access code that will allow you into the office space as well as the conference room. This is time activated based on your booking request.

  7. Can I get business mail sent to Second Space?
    Yes, there is a mailbox for each suite onsite.
